1. Site & Surveys – Clear site, secure access, carry out structural and ecological
   surveys.
2. Structural Works – Repair or strengthen existing structure and foundations.
   (Under pinning).
3. Roof Works – Replace or repair roof with insulation and ventilation.
4. External Envelope – Retain and upgrade walls with insulation and new
   windows/doors.
5. Internal Construction – Install new floors, partitions, stairs, and ceilings
6. MEP (Services) – Fit plumbing, electrics, heating, and ventilation (first & second
   fix).
7. Windows & Doors – Install approved conservation-style or modern glazing.
8. Finishes – Complete plastering, painting, flooring, and joinery.
9. Kitchens & Bathrooms – Fit kitchens, bathrooms, and all fixtures.
10. External Works – Complete drainage, access, landscaping, and boundaries.
11. Final Handover – Snagging, testing, certification, and client handover.
