1. Site Preparation – Clear site, set out, install temporary access and fencing.
2. Groundworks – Excavate, lay foundations, install drainage and service ducts,
   construct floor slab.
3. Superstructure – Build walls, install structural elements, and construct chimney
   if required.
4. Roof Construction – Install roof structure, coverings, insulation, and drainage.
5. Windows & Doors – Fit external and internal doors and windows.
6. Internal Works – Build partitions, plaster, and insulate.
7. MEP Services – Install plumbing, electrics, heating, and ventilation (first and
   second fix).
8. Kitchen & Bathroom – Fit kitchens, bathrooms, and complete tiling.
9. Finishes – Paint, decorate and install flooring and joinery.
10. External Works – Complete driveways, patios, fencing, and landscaping.
11. Final Handover – Complete snagging, certification, and handover to client.
